Mommy's Meatball Surprise! So, yesterday I was going through my planned meals list and Italian Meatballs subs came across but I was missing the sub rolls. I was stomped about what dinner was going to be and not to mention it was too late to try and thaw out anything else. So I started thinking about things and this recipe came to mind! I told them the name and the kids looked excited but my husband facial expression was more on the nervous side lol! Needless to say after it was all said and done everyone had seconds!!!! *feel free to add or take away some things at your desire, the list consists of things I used. Hope you enjoy! Ingredients List: FOR THE MEATBALLS - 2 packs of Italian sausages - 1 cup of Plain Bread Crumbs - 1 egg - 1 tbsp of brown sugar - Salt & Pepper OTHER ITEMS - Marinara Sauce - Shredded Mozzarella Cheese ( we love cheese so I used the pack) BISCUIT TOPPING - for the biscuit top you can make your favorite recipe from scratch...
