Your PAST is NOT your FUTURE!

Image result for leave the past behind     Why do we get so hung up on our pasts? We let our past history dictate how we live our lives and what we will become. It's because we're human and that's what we know, until someone comes into our lives and shows us differently. For some it's too late but for others it's right on time. If you've come from a broken home where there was no clean example of love, respect and togetherness you  tend to follow that example and live that way. Can you change that and live a better life? Yes, yes you can it's all up to you to do the work and make it work. Even those who come from a great environment can sometimes miss out on important things in their households. Just because they have a beautiful home and what seems like a loving family doesn't mean it's always  true. I came from a broken home and was determined not to go down that same road with myself or my children. It wasn't easy breaking what seems to be the norm in my life but it can be done. You have to pay close attention to your life and determine what is wrong and what needs to be changed. Image result for change You can have the best life you've ever dreamed of if you would believe it yourself! Growing up in my household as a child saving money was NOT something we were taught, if anything we were taught to spend it as soon as we get it. At least that's the example I noticed as a child. So growing up that's what I did, and never had a bank account filled with savings. Now as a 30 year old mom of four and wife I'm learning and sometimes it's not easy but at the end worth it! It's never too late but why wait so long, when you know there's a problem why not try to fix it? Why prolong the dysfunction, it causes pain and suffering and we know it does. Like I say you control your outcome, don't let your best life pass you by. YOUR PAST IS NOT YOUR FUTURE!

 Whether we want to believe it or not the children in our lives play a very special and important role! Although we feed, clothe and take care of them (which is our job) they add so much value and purpose to life that we should treat them as such. Don't be so hard on yourself

             Pause for just a second, how have you been treating yourself? Have you been taking some time out and at least giving yourself some time to breath? or have you been so busy because you feel if you're not being productive your wasting time? Honey let me tell you, I'm the type of person if I'm not doing something productive I feel like I'm just wasting my life away. Listen mom, we have so many jobs and the pay isn't great at all. We get no sick days and no PTO! We work 24-7 and vacations are rare, so when I say it's OK not to be so hard on yourself I mean it. Let me tell you a little about myself. I have three children: 9,2, and 1. Healing from heartbreak

No one is perfect, nothing is perfect. Things we look forward to sometimes disappoint us, we put expectations on things. So now you're dealing with pain and don't know what to do? So many feelings and emotions running wild through you but you feel stuck. The relationship you had is in a hard place, and now your heart has been broken and now all you're thinking is what to do now?   Don't think you can't move on from this, you can!
